Quality / Test lead

As a Test lead, your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and overseeing the testing process. Additionally, you will be involved in our customers' projects. You should possess strong motivation, communication skills, technical proficiency, and familiarity with recognized testing tools. Although prior experience in similar positions is desirable, your personal qualities and drive are the most important factors. Experience from similar roles is of course good, but who you are as a person and your drive are absolutely most important.‍

Do you have a passion for automation and experience leading test efforts in an agile environment? We are looking for a test leader with 5+ years of experience who has worked as both a tester and a test leader in various projects and domains. Experience with tools such as Jira, HP-suite, Jenkins, Azure and the like is desirable. The ideal candidate should have experience in various levels of testing, including unit, integration, function, system and acceptance tests. Strong communication skills, self-motivation and a proactive way of working are important characteristics for this role.
